In a month's time I have yet to receive my order, see a refund or even get a personalized email response (as opposed to the auto reply that tells me how busy they are with orders) from JollyMolly's. $80+ down the drain? Wish I'd thought to look them up here before I ordered. Still can't tell if they're a scam or just really slow. Suppose we'll never know.

I wish there were more ways to get these negative experiences out there to other potential buyers from Jolly Molly's. My experience was no different. Placed an order in June, money was taken out of my account immediately thru paypal, never received my product. Called and emailed like everyone else with no response. I've been buying online since internet commerce was invented, and don't recollect such an experience.

I ordered the paper for my wedding invitations through this site on June 28,2015. They removed the money from my account June 29,2015. I've never received the paper. No response to multiple emails and phone messages. Now my wedding invitations are unfinished, and late, and I need to come up with a plan B. So furious. So frustrated. Do NOT purchase any items through this website. Total scam.
My order was placed on May 12th, a month later they sent me 1 of 23 items I bought (total of $400.00), but after that, they never sent the rest and no response to any of my many communications (by e-mail, on their site and by answering machine).
I am currently trying to get my money back through paypal.
Terrible customer experience. My best ADVICE: Don't buy anything from this website.

On June 14,2015, I ordered one item from you SKU# 175-5065 Travelon Anti-theft Wallet/Camera Case with RFID Blocking (black). Albeit was only $7.02 $4.24 S&H = $11.27. That's really not the point!
I've sent 2or 3 emails and have called several times!
I have yet to receive anything from you! Not my item, not a reply to my emails, & no call back!
I will be reporting your company to PayPal, and to The Better Business Bureau Internet Sales Division.
And I will blast you on every single blog I can think of!

Well, I have had the same experience as everyone else here... ordered, paid, and after 3 weeks no response. Will file an official complaint with Paypal with the hopes of getting our money back, also reported as a scam.
Not even worth 1 star - how does this site stay online and how can we get it off so others don't get scammed? I too am "still waiting" on an order placed in June. I am trying to get a refund (luckily only $15) now but this site should be taken off-line by the FBI or someone!
The prices on goods at Jolly Molly were too good to be true. Literally! I ordered from Jolly Molly on June 6,2015 and sent an email 3 weeks later asking why my order had not arrived. All I received was a standard email apologizing about the delay in returning my email and not to email again. After waiting a week, I contacted Pay Pal and issued a formal complaint. Within 24 hours I had word from Pay Pal that my money would be refunded. Also received an email from Jolly Molly that they refunded my money. No apology or explanation. Thank God I used Pay Pal!
I, like the rest, ordered merchandise from Jolly Mollys and sent 3 emails and a phone call - no response from them. No merchandise received after they got their money on June 2. I notified PayPal and they are going to flag this company as a Scam. They are going to do some checking as there are so many of us that have been taken in by this company.
I placed an order through Jollymollys.com over a month ago and still have not recieved my items. The website says that my items would ship in 6-12 days from the order date and i recieved nothing. My order status actually still says " awaiting fulfillment". This website is a total scam. I tried contacting by email and telelphone. There is no customer service to talk to. I have written 3 emails and still no response.
I normally check reviews before I order online and can kick myself for not doing so this time. I placed an order on 6/16 and have not received any communication from them so checked the reviews and now I am sick. These companies who do this need to be caught and prosecuted. They take people's hard earned money and have no intentions of sending anything. I can't believe I was so stupid in not checking. Is there any recourse at all in getting the money back? I used my debit card which now I'm afraid that they have my info they can zap other funds from my account. What a mess.

Ordered May 15th, left voicemails, emails and nothing. After seeing the rest of the reviews, I can kiss my money good-bye. I am going to find a way to put it out on the BBB.

Yes Voicmails there is no direct way to get in touch with them and speak with a real person. Which leads me to believe this is a scam! I cannot believe this company still exists! I am so angry and frustrated this happens to me so I wanted to write a review. I found this forum and I wish I would have researched Jolly Molly's before I placed my order. After reading this I know now that I am not the only one this happens to! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM JOLLY MOLLY'S BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR NEITHER WILL YOU HEAR A WORD FROM THEM!

They take your money and send you nothing well at least for me, I ordered stuff 3 months again and still nothing sent emails they responded to one said it was on back order would get it in the middle of may still nothing andno responce to new emails sent dont buy from
Three months ago order flower soft from this company. Several emails to them and NO product or any reply backs to my emails. I will never order again from this company and I also will spread the word!
Placed order on May 23rd and haven't received product yet. I've left 3 voicemail messages on their BS answering machine and have sent 3 or 4 emails as directed with absolutely no response. I didn't go through paypal so I have no recourse. This is RIDICULOUS!
I placed an order on May 8th. Almost a month later, I don't have anything but an automated email response from them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. You will never get it and you won't get your money back.
Answer: In my opinion and experience with them, yes. Both my friend and I have been trying to get either the product or money back and no emails back from them. Sad part, I didn't use PayPal so I am out the money.
