I actually havent recieved my order yet, and the reason iam writing this review is that i am very worried about the items i purchased. It has been more than one week since i placed the order. But its still on preparing ship status. Im afraid that its going to be a horrible online shopping experience. Because the reviews are not happy at all! The most scary thing about it is that i paid around 200$ on 3 items... The only thing i can do now is praying that the size and quality will be good and it will arrive soon.
Not deserve even half star. I ordered 2 dresses with same style, same size, two different colour. I found that it had 11/2 inches different between two dresses, just like one in size M and one in size L, so I ask for fully refund and pay for the return shipping cost (send from US to China), they refused to pay shipping and just will pay $5 for compensation. That's not my fault, but I suffered.Not fair, hope other customers don't fall in this trap.

I just purchased a dress. Love the material, the feel of it against my skin is awesome i will recommend them highly. It does take some time getting after all they do come from China. So that is kind of frustrating. But they come soon enough. About the only thing i wish were true about them is i wish they were a bit bigger but no worries. I highly recommend these.

I really don't know how to properly rate my blazer. The blazer I received is not the same as the picture, however, it is fit and kind of cute on me. Besides I have an event tomorrow which I need it regardless. So I take it, further, I really like the skirts on the jollychic which is the reason I ordered it from thousands of other websites and the price is really good. Thank you for all you reviews or warning. I was about to purchase from jollychic.com but I knew something was wron because I kept on seeing their ads everywhere. They must have used up all the money that they got from the customers in placing those ads on every site that I go to. Good thing I looked up for any reviews and I was surprised to see all these bad reviews. I was really tempted to buy from them since the images of the products look really nice but I would rather spend extra bucks to buy clothes from legit stores. I was very stressed when i saw the bad reviews to my bad luck i haad already ordered worth $105, i nagged the customer service reps everyday, and every time they were kind and informative.
I received the order in kuwait in a lil more than a week and was happy to receive everything just like i ordered, expect one tshirt that was 2 size larger (for which Jollychic has refunded the money and suggested i Keep the Tshirt!) How awesome!
I wonder why it has such a terrible rating - i guess that's because people shop without looking at the size chart, that's a must!

As soon as i paid for my order I had a feeling this site was a scam, my order had to be $115 to have free shipping to Australia. I have received an email from them stating the order has been shipped and received but I have not received anything. After reading all these reviews I believe I most likely wont receive anything and just want my money BACK! The website for the courier that is "supposedly" sending me the good does not even exist. I have been trying to go onto there website from my computer to my phone and it does not work. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I will be emailing Facebook with a complaint for even suggesting your website in there ad's so there isn't anymore poor people like me that have to go through this nightmare.

Avoid these thieves at all costs. I placed an order on March 31,2014 for which my card was charged same day. Today April 8 their website still says that my order is unpaid and unshipped. Their online customer service just gave me a confirmation number for my credit card refund, so I am praying that my money is refunded sooner rather than later.

Ordered a jacket from this website. Over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped out. Funny how quick they were at processing my payment but can't send out one simple item. There is no 24/7 chat, it always says it's "unavailable" and you have to send an email that you will never get a response from. Judging by the other comments here IF I ever actually get my package it looks like it will have been a waste of 100 dollars as it will probably look nothing like the photograph online or even fit me. This website is completely unprofessional, and so are it's employees. I paid over $150 dollars for three shirts and two dresses.It took them over a month to send me my items, and when they did non of them fit. I ordered Mediums and everythings was a XXXXS. The material was completely horrible, and when the invoice came with the items, it stated that the total worth was $50. I was pretty upset at being played for a fool, so I asked them to pay for the shipping back to their "factory" so they can give me my refund, all they offered was a $10 reimursement. I spent DAYS with them. Going back and forth, taking pictures of EVERYTHING that was wrong, everything they calimed my items would be was a complete lie. They even shipped a white shirt, which was dirty from something, their response... CAN'T YOU WASH IT... umm after paying $150 for items you mis represented. Save your money and don't buy from them/
Do NOT purchase anything from this website! My boyfriend ordered a coat for me for Christams based on my measurements and it was extremely small when I got it. The shoulders were too tight and sleeves were too short. Not to mention, when I took out the fur liner, the sleeve was ripped on the inside! We contacted them to try and return/exchange it... and this is the response we received:

Just awful! Jacket looked NOTHING like it did on the website! Ordered on December 6 and got the jacket December 30. They ship from china and that's how they make their profit. I saw THE SAME JACKET I paid 50 bucks for 13.99 on the Chinese website alieexpress. Very cheap material, and very ugly. Also was the wrong size so I can't fit it.
