Im very unhappy with my purchase specially on how they fit on me. Most of the shirt i received were big on the chest (though im a cup C) and small on the belly area. They dont look nice. Ill be returning all of it and get a refund, sucks that i have to pay the shipping fee.

Hoping someone from jollychic can help me with it.

I came across this website by accident and then I read all reviews and most of them were negative. So at the beginning I hesitated to order anything from the website. But then I noticed that all negative reviews were mostly about how long it took to receive an order and some sizing issues. However, you can measure it before ordering that is exactly what I did. Today I received my order and I am satisfied. I took about 10 days, but they list this information on their website. So, my suggestion to all is to measure before choosing a size and expect delivery of the package no more than two weeks. If you are in a hurry this is not a place to shop. I would definitely continue business with jollychic.com

I ordered June 15 and until now the status of my shipment is preparing... I sent them couple of mails but ni reply until I called them yesterday. They replied with a mail without stating the name of the sender, its written that 4 0ut of my 6 shipment was shipped that day. But no update which specific item was shipped and what items were pending. Poor customer service..

Extremely disappointing! I spent over about US$120 to purchase 5 pcs of items two weeks ago and only received my items today. The fabric quality and workmanship are so bad and sizes are wrong! The sewing on one blouse is totally misaligned and crooked right at the round neck. The size of another piece is completely way off, way too small. Another tunic top looks like it is lopsided because of the cutting and sewing. The quality and workmanship of these items are so inferior that they don't even deserve a quarter of a star. These are really my worst buy. I don't know what to do with these pieces, i'm too embarrassed to even give away. I wasted my money, they wasted the resource. For about the same price, you can buy from other japanese and hongkong brand and although those are made in china too, they are wearable with good quality control. Seriously, stay away from this JollyChic.com! Im even beginning to suspect this is a scam!.

Delicious! I love my new belt from jollychic! I have some jeans that fit perfectly when you put them on, but as you wear them they stretch and the waist gets too big. This belt is the perfect soultion... it stretches, so it moves with you, and it keeps the waist of my jeans where it belongs. What more can I say? It's comfortable and worth the money.

I love the style of my wallet so much and the price is so cheap. Worried if the quality is good enough. When I received it and checked the wallet carefully, everything is the same as the description. Great size and opens and snaps nicely back together. However, i would have preferred it if the pockets were a bit larger and I didn't have to fight to take bills out or when I put them away.

I ordered from them on June 11 and it is June 17 and it still says "preparing order". I wrote them a couple emails, and no response. I wouldn't even mind waiting a bit longer (then the 3-7 days they tell me my order will come - its already been 6!) if they would just respond to me and let me know when I can expect my order. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again. Save your $$.

Very bad quality

Very bad quality. All made in china, I don't mean things from china are bad, but they are the worse made in china clothes I have ever seen. Oh, an also, please change the tag on the clothes, tag in Korean doesn't make the clothes look high class, and it looks awful with unknown tag. Better use your shop name other than unknown tag, and making your shop seems more professional.
Also, size are too small to fit in, if you are selling overseas, think about the size and cutting, most of the people oversea are not petite.
I ordered on 1 June and I received them on 17. Shop claimed that it would take 2-4days for preparation, and ship with express delivery. Not express at not and took me so long to wait for the preparation.
Overall, extremely unprofessional online shop. Very bad quality. Will Never buy things here anymore.

I bought a floral printed dress for the wedding I am attending this weekend and it arrived in perfect condition. It fits me perfectly and it's quality is excellent. Cotton fabric feels great on the skin, unlike rayon and polyesters, and hangs beautifully. It hits me just a bit below the knee, and that is what I hoped for. I am thrilled with this dress and look forward to my weekend with friends and family to see how it is received. I purchased a cute lace jacket with sleeves that fits perfectly over the top providing an added bit of elegance. Will definitely buy from JC again!

Here's what my experience has been with the brushes bought from JC:
They look professional - love the colors. The bristles in mine were actually black which I prefer - makes it easier to see what's on them since I use a lot of light or saturated colors. They're soft and the application is very smooth and well-covered compared to many other brushes. I love the variety of sizes. What I dislike is the smell - I soaked mine in a body mist and rinsed before I used them - very potent scent when you open them. Also the pouch. Don't plan on using that in any sort of regularity. It's not well constructed and it doesn't look nearly as neat or clean as the brushes themselves. If you're using the brushes either personally or professionally, highly recommend getting a good make up remover- these brushes cover so well that you'll really want to clean up or your foundation will wind up on your pillows/clothes at night. Affordable and fair quality.

I didn't order dresses from this site because reviews surrounding this site seems to have an controversial description on the SIZES, which tends to be smaller. However, i love these shoes i chose from Jollychic! As soon as I layed eyes on these shoes I had to have them! So happy I found them on here! Fit perfectly, gorgeous heel, not too high so that it's uncomfortable, not too low where it's grannyish. They are very comfortable, and the perfect heel height! Fast shipping, very satisfied, no regrets!

I was buying the dress and when the dress comes up, it's just the same as the display on the site with the best quality material.

I found this site while looking online for Mother's Day gifts and had a positive experience. I was buying for a very picky person and had trouble finding exactly what i was looking for. This site had a nice selection of jewelry and I ended up choosing several pieces since the prices were so good!

"We usually need 3-5 days to prepare. It just past a traditional festival here in China. All the companise had 3 days' vacation which might cause the delay."

This is a similar response to the previous reviews... I just want to warn others about using the site. I will update with how long it takes to actually receive the item.

I ordered three items a week ago and the status is yet to be updated. Besides that one of the items I ordered appeared to be out of stock after I paid for it. It appears as a credit in my jollychic account but I am not interested in a store credit. I want my $10.99 back. I want them credited to my card, not the jollychic account because this would mean I would have to pay for shipping charges again when using that credit. Not interested. Please return my money. I am starting to think that this is a scam! :(
