I ordered a Ladies medium size light weight coat from here. I received it and it could have fit a child. The size is way off. My item came from China and I guess this size was their medium. No more orders from me!

First of all I would like to mention that after placing the order at Jolly Chic website, the money were taken from my credit card.
This is okay because I always order from e-bay or asos.com, usc.co.uk and so on.
The order was on hold for 5 days, after that, I've asked which is the problem and they said that they need a photo of my credit card because they consider that it's not real.
I took two photos of my credit card and they kept saying that is not real.
After that, they appologized and told me that they will refund my money.
The fact is that I don't have a pay pall and I always pay with the same credit card on all the websites.
It's the first time that is happening this thing and I still can't realized what happened because those products were ordered because I needed them.
Anyway, I'm really sorry but I don't think that I will place any order on this website that dissapointed me.

Jollychic.com is awesome. I've purchased 5 items from them and they were perfectly described, great deals. Their customer support is GREAT and you can actually talk to somebody on the phone. They were AWESOME! SHOP here, you wont be sorry, at least I think so VERY Strongly!

I ordered a dress and shirt from this company. The dress was supposed to be $19.99 but when I checked out it was $29.00. Then when both item came to my house they were extremely small and VERY poor quality. Returns have to go back to China. This would cost more than I payed for the items to begin with. First, the sizes are WAY off! They clothes look NOTHING like the picture. They're made from some cheap nasty material that I cannot identify. You get the royal run around when trying to return PLUS, it costs more to send it back to CHINA than the cheaply made crap costed to begin with. Also, I had to idea I was ordering from China, until I hit submit order. Buyer beware!

My order # to prove I ordered from them. I ordered three things. A trench coat, a shirt and a dress. All for fall. A week after I ordered I got a call from China (JollyChic), I could barely understand any of what they were saying but finally they said my address wasn't correct. (Which I don't see how, I autofill everything, so it's always the same and correct) Either way, I told them the address and they said they'd ship out my items... 10 days later, I received my clothes. I should've known from the packaging this wasn't going to be good. They were in the plastic bag packaging about the size of a college textbook. A TRENCH COAT, A SHIRT AND A DRESS? ALL IN THIS SMALL BAG? I opened it anyway and geezzz! The trench was PAPER thin! So thin, I don't know how it was even qualified as a coat. I have shirts thicker and warmer. Next the shirt, Honestly it wasn't horrible, but didn't fit as pictured (and I used their size guides). Last, the dress... That dress barely went past my butt cheeks ( again, used their size guide). Also the dress's waist was completely elastic so it could have been for my size or for a size 0 girl. So it wasn't flattering at all.
I've been working with their customer service for a day now and I don't think I'll be getting anywhere with them. I have to pay for shipping back to China (no telling how much that will cost) PLUS the clothes have to go through an inspection before I get a refund. I doubt I will ever see that money again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! GO TO A STORE AND FORK OVER THE EXTRA CASH

I ordered three items from this company unaware that the company is based in China as there is a UK address. The quality is horrible and I wanted to return them but the postage will cost as much as the items. Do not be fooled by their advert, their stuff is rubbish.

I ordered an item off this website. Got an email saying it was being prepared and would be sent out as soon as possible. They gave me an order number and everything. They ended up charging me twice and I never got what I ordered. On top of that I called them in which it continuously rings and no one ever picked up. I did a live chat with a representative and they told me their phones " weren't working " and asked me to send them a screen shot of my bank information. Yeah right... Total scam don't waste your time

Thanks all for reviews I will not be ordering, the photos look great and I was tempted but from my recent experience with Rosegal who also take beautiful photos and I bought what was described as a shift dress but did not come down further than my hips, couldn't be bothered to fight as it only cost £6. Anyway I read Rosegal reviews stupidly after the purchase, if I had read them before I would not have purchased, have learnt jolly chic looked too good to be true. I have seen a lot of negative reviews of this company, but have had great service! I got my order in less than 1 week! No waiting, no over charging, admittedly the sizing does come up a bit small, but that's not much to complain about really - my bits were fine! High praise from this customer!
