Not true salaries posted. They chase and threaten you for money after you cancel. Do not pay them. They are a scam
This company advertises positions that no longer or never have existed. Case in point. They advertised a Marketing Communications position in Eagle, ID. After consulting with the city, it turns out this position does not exist. Very inaccurate job ads. Very tricky trial period agreement with trial period ended at 6.50 pm. No remind email about ending trial period. Annoying resume writing service. Just service for stealing money. Be aware please.

Have hidden charges. Don't let them have your card details. I applied for the 14 day subscription thinking it was only 14 days for 2.99. Within a day of that expiring they took 70 euros from my account and said I didn't read the small print that said I had to opt out of the subscription after 14 days otherwise they'd continue billing me. When I emailed them to ask why a 14 days subscription is longer than the 14 specified, their customer representative Lucien gave me a rude email back to say I didn't read they small print so they don't have to deal with my complaint. Do not give them your card details. Also the refund policy is a lie as they told me I could not even get my 2.99 back as that's only within the 14 period. Unprofessional pirates.
Dear Aisling:
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We strive to be transparent with our terms, including the 14-day trial and the automatic renewal process, but we regret that this wasn’t clear in your case. Do not sign up for a membership. They will steal your credit card and use it. Not recommended at all.
Dear Guys
Don't put your bank card details for any subscription. These people keeps on deducting money without your information so please don't trust these guys.
Thanks
This was a subscription service I didn't want and from which I believed I had unsubscribed. The job leads I received were mostly irrelevant and unrelated to my skill set. Then, although I thought I had unsubscribed, I was charged $70 for a 28-day membership (to be renewed automatically). Within 5 minutes of seeing the charge, I contacted the company to say it was a mistake, but they indicated that the contract represented an obligation - no refund would be provided. I wonder how much of their business revenues come from the first month of membership, where individuals enter into a monthly subscription, unintentionally. Most other subscriptions give you a notice as your trial period is ending, but they do not. Is it illegal? No, but is it unethical to use these practices and then refuse refunds? Absolutely. People attempt to use these services because they are out of work and DO NOT HAVE ANY INCOME - taking advantage of them is simply wrong.
Buyer beware of automatic renewal provisions. I did not receive any notification before the renewal. My mistake to assume that they would look out for me and notify me before charging my card. Don't take my word for it, try to find the rules and procedure to cancel an automatic renewal, it is not easy to discover. By the time I got to request a termination my card was already charged. After I filed a complaint my request was declined and was referred to the legal mumbo jumbo. They may have an iron clad contract, but this is one customer they're never getting back. Good luck to job hunters who get snagged into losing good money to a crafty crew like jobleads.
Hi I took a trial from this website and paid 2.9 GBP however I asked them to cancel after 1 week. They cancelled my subscription but tried charging me 59 GBP. I was lucky that I used my disposable revolut card. After this they have been constantly threatening me to pay them 59 GBP + 10 GBP(charges)
Now they have sent me third warning and they asked me to pay otherwise they give my profile details to collection agency.
This is when I already told them to cancel my subscription. Guys they are a team of scammers, please don't fall in their trap.
Just thieves, they take money unauthorized, impossible to get in contact with, their website is nonfunctional
They are thieves, watch out what you subscribe for. Once they get your credit card, interested in the hidden charges.
Looks AS IF IT WAS A REAL business that based its sales on TRICKING people to CHARGE MONEY for access to jobs, which leads you nowhere.
They steal my money by using their automatic subscription. I have never used this useless website and they didn't refund my money.
I paid for trial but I have never wanted to have a subscription
Do not give your credit card details. You cannot change it, only if you cancel your card at the bank, otherwise they charge you every 3 months.
It looks like it is not a real company, they use auto-emails and no real people working behind.
My credit card was charged, however I cancelled the renewal.
No response received for 3 days now. The issue that I have experienced was: before the renewal date, it is possible to cancel the Premium membership.
My renewal date was at 17-may-2023.
I sent the cancellation request on 15-may-2023.
Sent a reminder on 16-may-2023, as no response were received.
On the 17th my credit card was charged.
Tried to call the company on their phone number.+49-40-*******. Number is not working.
No response to any of my emails sent to their accounts (service@ and *******@jobleads.com)
This is a big scam site that they use your credit card for services that you did not sign for and they fish you out, very bad service.
Company charges you for service not provided. There is no clear information to unsubscribe from their website.
Most jobs are out of date and they indicated that the jobs they advertise are £50k plus p/a, and in most cases, they are not, they mislead and not providing the services as sold. Apparently, other reviews indicated that they copy and paste jobs from other websites.
This business had blatantly stolen my money from my automatic pay PayPal! And refused to immediately return it. I suggest always do your transactions toward PayPal to escalate this issues and never give up to dispute until you get your money back. This scammer business need to stop. Many people out there struggling to get a job. The company looks like from Hamburg? Not local as they 1st described in trial. So shady. And I never get a related jobs infos i needed. Seek and indeed definitely more
Helpful and do with your own Merritt.
Beware
