Absolutely stellar experience. Some of the feedback provided was stuff I had heard about but had no idea it was "stuff" that needed fixing immediately on my resume! The guidance was crystal clear and also complementary of the parts I DID do very well on, which all of us need to hear from time to time in this tedious job search process.
My biggest regret is not finding this group sooner and asking them for help. So many people on Linkedin will offer to "fix" your resume but they charge hundreds of dollars and often all they needed to do was point us in the right direction, then let us do it on our own for basically free.
I've been so lost for quite a while in this new world of AI and computers reading my submissions rather than real human beings. This team reminded me, this resume document's main goal is to SELL MYSELF, not just try to sound professional, or say the things everyone else says in my field. I have a background, years ago, in sales so I do know how to persuade and sell things I believe in. This team reminded me that's EXACTLY what my resume was lacking. Plus they pointed out I've left out so many awards, achievements, and filled my resume with just the day to day job responsibilities that everyone has. No wonder I wasn't getting much feedback after sending it out, even though I know I should be a top candidate for certain positions. I just didn't understand what I was doing wrong. I think many of us get lost and frustrated in the job search and fail to step back and see the big picture. This team helps you pause, take a deep breath, and do exactly that. I'm grateful!

I am very impressed with Job Leads and the free resume review service. I did not know what to expect initially as I have not ever used this service before nor was I familiar with Job Leads. I am not currently signed up for a premium edition but tried out the free review and am so thankful for my resume expert, Claudia's professional review and feedback. The points made were very helpful and I know now how to clean up my current resume to establish a good baseline. To make it even better I am considering the other tools I see that say they can help me build it to be better and I'm inclined to give that a try based on this positive experience!
