To be honest, this whole experience has been extremely distressing.
My money was deducted unexpectedly due to the auto-renewal process, and I was caught completely off guard. What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth — several emails, waiting for replies, chasing updates, and trying to get some clarity. Dealing with both the Job Lead team and PayPal felt overwhelming at times, especially when you're already under pressure looking for job opportunities. Emotionally, it drained me. It felt like I was just being passed around, and for a while, I wasn't even sure if the issue would be resolved. That said, I did receive communication today confirming the refund will be processed within the next 5 days. I'm hoping this is finally coming to an end. Sincere thanks to those from the Job Lead team who genuinely supported me during this ordeal.
