This was misleading. I thought this was a free job search engine but the company wants you to pay to just apply. That's an unfair business practice.

Was unable to cancel my subscription of R50 in time which led to R679 which I cannot afford, i logged a dispute call to job leads and was assisted by Rose Smith, she asked for my bank statement and after assessing my financial situation and as a gesture of goodwill she cancelled the invoice, i am very happy with these action as it shows how considerate job leads is. I will definitely consider using job leads again

Although in the meantime, I faced a stressful endeavor, the customer support took immediate steps to help. I deeply appreciate the attitude of the support team, especially Ms. Adriana Ferreira. Thank you very much for understanding the situation and putting in the effort to solve the issue, which was quite vital for me. For the last 5 years, I've been working on Scientific Research for 16-20 hours a day without a day off. As a result, I got my PhD when I was 25 years old. But since I faced quite serious financial problems, I used to consider looking for a remote job. So I used to consider many platforms, including JobLeads, but unfortunately, since my corporate experience was not sufficient, I decided not to continue with the applications. In the meantime, this tough situation was quite stressful, and when I saw the payment request that I did not consider for the services I will not consider using (and did not use much from the previous subscription) the situation had been starting to be more difficult for me. Thank you very much for cancelling the payment so I will not have to pay for what I do not consider to use for now. Please share my appreciation with anyone who is involved as well, and accept my sincere apologies from those who were in trouble because of whatever happened. Last but not least, as a person who used to be a customer, I kindly suggest considering sending a notification at least once before the first and second subscription plan updates (days before the payment).
