I didn't expect as detailed, insightful, and comprehensive review as I've received. My resume was already in its "v. 5.0" or so, so I knew it wasn't bad (even few recruiters said it's "good", but be reserved in taking their praise). Scoring the praise in review was refreshing, but learning "why" is priceless. And then "opportunities" (for improvement): well balanced, detailed, and informative critique of "what" and "why". Weak phrases and action words, and how to improve and generate an impact. The "modern" and "gold standard" of the resume format surprised me. And the "ATS test run" is a must. Personally, I'm going further, hiring my reviewer for professional re-write. Thank you!
