Let me make this crystal clear: I am a real person and a real customer, and JobLeads tried to take down my original review simply because I told the truth. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how this company operates.
JobLeads is an absolute scam. Their "courses" are nothing more than recycled, generic content that provides no real value whatsoever. They lure you in with promises of premium guidance and expert advice, but once you pay, all you get is fluff you could easily find for free online. It's a pyramid scheme disguised as a career service — all about upselling, never about helping.
And their customer service? Completely useless. They don't solve problems. They don't listen. They don't care. They only know how to push more upgrades and stall you when you ask for a refund. Their tactics are shady, dishonest, and intentionally designed to wear customers down.
What's worse is that instead of fixing their broken platform or addressing legitimate concerns, they try to silence real customers by reporting negative reviews and getting them removed. If a company is truly helping people, they wouldn't be afraid of honest feedback.
Save yourself the money, the headache, and the frustration. JobLeads is a scammy, predatory company, and their behavior proves it. I'm only posting again because people deserve to know the truth — and I refuse to be silenced.
