I had a problem. I contracted with JobLeads for a service I then thought I had cancelled. Well, months passed before I realised I was being billed for a service I never used.
I escalated this with JobLeads with a heavy heart as I did the same thing with another company (NowTV - and they were very bullish and played hard ball). JobLeads were so refreshing. They showed no interest in profiting from a service they had not delivered. Can you believe it in this day and age? A company that is ethically lead.

I like JobLeads because it answers all my concerns around job hunting. It helps me tailor my CV to each job I want to apply to. It gives recommendations for skills I need to add to my job search, and it helps me refine my searches. My favourite features were the resume review by a professional and the job search strategy review by a professional. However, the one that tops it all is the matching with head hunters.
I would have been tempted to say that my hopping from one job board to another ends at JobLeads, but one of the recommendations requires me to explore multiple job boards.

I have j no or had success in securing a new role yet so hard to say how successful this is! Having had my CV already professionally rewritten only to be told on numerous occasions it is still not compliant, this review has rewritten it again! Hopefully tailored to the job I have applied for so we will see! It was a bit fiddly to see if the CV had uploaded to the application which could have been easier but I have now saved it separately!

I never really subscribed to any of what they are offering on the site. There was one time that they said "free resume check up" I looked on it then suddenly the next few months I got charged for almost $44 and no confirmation of the charge was ever sent to me. I even went to the website to check if I have an account with them but I didn't. Long story short I've reported the incident and thank God they responded to the matter. I will get my money back and will never be charged again on their website.
