Job Hero's subscription and billing practices are deceitful and misleading! You're first given the option to purchase a year subscription for $24.90, a monthly subscription for $3, or you can try the service for 14 days for about $2 then pay $24.95 to continue using the service.
With how this is advertised, I was led to believe the $24.95 is for a year. However, I have been billed MONTHLY for over six months at 24.95. I am a STAHM, my husband manages the finances. I had no idea we'd been paying so much to keep my resume on file. This is DISGUSTING and not only will I not recommend Job Hero, I will be sharing my terrible experience with them to everyone I know and all who will listen.
$300 for a year is absolutely absurd considering you can purchase a year subscription for $24.90.
