It left a very sour taste in my mouth when trying to cancel my subscription, as the "cancel" button didn't seem to work in Chrome. I had to switch to Microsoft Edge, reset my password twice, and only then was I able to request to cancel. Then, I was offered the discount from $25/month to $3/month, which is much more reasonable but it is definitely very scummy that I wasn't offered $3/month in the first place.
