Please do not buy from this company. They use a UK web address however they are based in China. No telephone number to contact them only an email address to which you will be lucky to get a reply. I ordered a dress for my daughters prom, I was asked for the event date which I have them it was 19 th Deb. They confirmed my order and tooky money out my account. Turns out they did this knowing they could not delivery on time. The event has been and gone... No dress. I have asked several times for a refund. It takes days for them to come back to you, when they do they provide very short one line answers just telling me to wait some day? I have no idea what that means. After several emails I finally got an email from them saying they would refund my money, however intend to give me 79 pounds which is a bit odd given I paid 121 pounds. I am still waiting for a reply and still waiting for a refund, they said it would take in excess of 30 days. Which is a bit odd given they managed to take finds frome within 3 days. This was over a month ago, I have no dress or money. They are not a genuine company and I have reported them and also disputed this with my bank in an attempt to get my money back. Please do not take the chance and spend your money with this company. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Very pleased with the service! I received my dress 10 days earlier than expected and am very pleased with the quality of the fabric and with the professionalism of the staff. I read some negative online reviews after placing my order and was very worried from the date of ordering until the day I received the package. Once I opened the package, I was relieved: the dress was beautiful and the quality of the work & material exceeded my expectations. It also fits perfectly well - I still cannot believe it is possible to have a dress made to fit so well by ordering online! It is possible that I was lucky, but I am very pleased indeed.

The dress fit as expected - (it's important to look at the size chart and use the customize option is necessary). The embroidery and sequence work on the dress is beautiful. Everyone loves the dress!
