My rings are perfect! Shipping was a little slow but worth it when I saw my rings!

I have recieved my order 28 days after purchase. Even though i payed for expedited delivery. But eventually i got it and the product was nicer than i expected and my fiancee loved it. That was the important part for me already so it covered the late delivery haha thanks

Shipping takes a long time, customer service is slow at responding but they are nice. But the quality... A 60$ ring should bot start falling apart in less than a week and that's what happened my husbands wedding band started losing jewels in less than a weeks time.

Liked discount and things were very satisfying, made orders before and was pleased.

Received a beautiful ring, excellent quality and engraved properly, the issue I have is it took 3 weeks to arrive in the United States then Sat in the US for nearly 6 days before it arrives. I paid for 3 day shipping so not really sure where that went but it cost me $25.

The ring is not what I expected not happy with it. Have bought several and always love them but not this time. Very dissatisfied with appearance.

Slow delivery but good product. Took them 3 and a half weeks to get out of production than ship. And than they got my address wrong so it wasn't delivered

Don't bother with paying for expedited shipping, it will still take over a month to get your items. I am very happy with the quality of my rings but the shipping time is unbelievable and I had to email every time I ordered to get shipping confirmation with tracking number.

Placing my order was easy and I'm in love with my ring.

I ordered a wedding set about a year ago in sterling silver. The stones and silver look brand new still and I'm ROUGH on jewelry, which is why I wanted silver and white stones (non-diamond). I can destroy jewelry very easily, lol. I bought a lab created sapphire/white sapphire ring and received it the other day - LOVE it.

I have not received my item yet. I messaged customer service because the tracking shows a delivery failure. They say I didn't provide the correct address, which I'm pretty sure I did. They asked me to provide another address and I gave them my address. They want someone else's, a neighbor or friend. I don't have anyone else's address to provide. There's no reason it can't be delivered to my address. I asked that they ship to my address or refund me. I will never order from them again, you can be certain. I can't afford to just throw away money because they don't want to send to my address.

I paid extra for the engraving and did not receive it or a refund, I emailed them for a refund because I have a receipt proving I paid for the engraving and what was supposed to be written but they didn't care to refund me for their mistake
