Took about 20 days to get which I was aware of so no problem for me.
I liked the communication advised when it was in the mail, when it was delivered, and then a e mail asking about the quilty.

I will do business with these folks again.

Beautiful sterling silver white sapphire ring. The gems stone are diamond cut and clear. The ring has a great fire I'm very happy.

Love my rings! The only thing I have an issue with is I paid $25 for 3 day shipping and it took significantly longer than 3 days after the rings were shipped. Not a happy customer on that aspect.

I dont do surveys and tried to close without answering. But it won't let me. I did receive my order

My experience was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was I did not get a confirmation email that my order was received. I saw the money came out of my account but no confirmation on order which made me nervous. Other than that the ring came in and I love it.
