My ring was beautiful. I love it. It is very vintage looking. I love the three rings put together. I am going to take it to a jeweler to sauder the three together.

This is the first time I have purchased from Joancee and I am very happy with my order.

The website was very user friendly. I was able to search the gorgeous masterpieces and choose which one best fit my liking. I received it in a timely manner and it was even more gorgeous in person!

I just received my ring and couldn't get in on fast enough! I was very impressed with the box that it came in; very professional and classy! The ring fit perfectly and looks absolutely amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Wonderful experience easy purchase and everything was how I expected

I bought one ring from this company, it was nice, but took about a month to be delivered. I ordered another ring and am in the third week of waiting. I wrote to them but they just give a standard answer and didn't answer my question. I have checked the tracking and it has said "ready to be shipped" for about a week. Why don't they just ship it. Anyway their website is completely false saying it will be delivered between 7-12 business days. It honestly takes a month. Fingers crossed mine will be on the way soon. I have read the responses from the company on this review panel and the answers are not satisfying, which is a shame as their product is really nice. This company just needs to be more transparent with their delivery and there will be less complaints.

My ring did take some time to arrive and I never received a tracking number, however the ring did arrive in a beautiful jewelry box and exceeded my expectations. Ive never bought from this site before so I was skeptical at first, but I glad I took the chance because this ring is gorgeous and I will definitely be buying more from this site again!

I paid $25 for 3 day shipping and my rings were shipped on 1-12-22 and I did not receive until 1-19-22. I emailed the company and they stated that shipping takes 3-6 days so I felt I was misled. They did offer a $15 refund for shipping which I did not accept as I qualified for free shipping but paid extra to get my order sooner. Then I received the rings and the "gift box" that was included was badly damaged and the rings were very cheap looking. I am returning to the company.

The ring set I ordered was bigger than expected so I will not be wearing it. The shipping took a very long time.

I received my first order and thought that the rings were beautiful. However, the next day when I went to put it on (I wore it the day before) I noticed that one of the stones had fallen out. I put the rings back into the original packaging and sent an e-mail to the customer service people telling them what happened. They asked me to send pictures, so I did. Today I get another e-mail asking me which stone was missing. It is quite plain to see which stone was missing but I sent another picture with a circle showing the missing stone. I am just hoping this situation is resolved and I don't have to pay to send this package to China. It seems that everything I order online now has to be returned to China and there is no way to send it USPS and have it tracked once it reaches the Chinese border. I am reserving my opinion until this situation is resolved.
