My overall experience with my order through Joanne's jewelry, was not bad at all. I wish that customer service would respond back faster on Facebook messenger or in an email. I understand that there are other that must take care of first. I will definitely say that I would order from them again in the future.

From what I can see and also preview per video is the jewelry is very nice! Yes it is very nice and I'm looking forward to ordering others in the near future I have already picked out!

I did not get a response from Joancee on when my wife s ring was going to be delivered. I sent a message that I wasn't happy I didn't hear from them. Joancy immediately contacted me and told me they would keep me updated and they did. I waited and when I wasn't expecting it the ring showed up. I gave it to my wife and she is overwhelmed on how beautiful the ring is and loves it. So I say have patience is worth it. Thank you joancee.

I didn't know it had to go through production before it could be sent out. My fiancé paid for expedited shipping, so I was thinking it would come between 1-3 days. It stayed in production quite some time then was sent out. Didn't have the ring for my engagement pictures even though I paid for rush delivery but it was worth the wait. It's very beautiful! I also didn't know they make their own jewelry. Ordered 1/28 received it 2/16

The rings took a little longer than expected to arrive, but totally worth the wait! They are gorgeous!

Got this new ring because my toddler lost my previous sets band. I was pleased with my previous set but this set I think is beyond beautiful. They e mailed me to check in on if I received my order and if I hadn't to contact them. Good experience with them both times
