Was upset that I was billed on the day of my order, and it took 5 weeks to receive. I do love my purchase.

1. I paid $25 extra for 3 day expedited shipping. They were shipped 3/2 and I received them 3/16. This is NOT 3 day
2. Sizing. Rings sized too large. I ordered my regular size (even went by jewelry store to have ring finger measured) and they are too large.

Ordering was easy but given offer for to pay for faster delivery. Paid extra to have shipped faster why offer that option if that's not available to receive. Feel like taken advantage of paid to receive within two weeks received nearly 2months later

31 days from order to receipt! A long time given the 7-10 days shipping I agreed to. The ring is very pretty. When I tried to cancel my order within 2 days I was told cancellation has to be done within 24 hours, and it was more rude than I experienced with other online sellers

It takes a bit to get your order but so worth the wait!

I like using the small sized rings as knuckle rings. For when I swatch polishes. I gives a little extra bling.

Well the second time around ordering rings with Chow was was better than the first time I believe the quality this time is better than the first one

The customer service is very poor. I didn't receive a tracking number for over a week. I reached out to them several times and nobody responded to my email at all. Shipping was slow, it took almost a month to receive the the ring I purchased. Once I received the ring, it was pretty but it was also very light and looked cheap. It did not look like the picture that was advertised, the worst $106.00 I've ever spent. I was completely disappointed from the beginning with the lack of Customer Service as well as with the merchandise. I will not be shopping with this company again.
