It took awhile for the ring set to be made, but shipping was super fast and the set is to die for!

Alot of gorgeous jewelry. Now receiving and seeing the item in person is the final results for a rating

Form the time you said it was shipped to the day it arrived, I got little to no notification/updates. It took way to long so much so I almost cancelled my order.

I paid a extra 15 for my ring to get engraved and nowhere on the ring does it say what I wanted it too and it took a whole month to come

I received a ring that was beautiful. But the stone was huge.

Love my ring wanted to order it 3 years ago and my bf at the time said no it wasn't real. So he got me a diamond ring set in silver. Well it was tiny. I no I should have been happy. But he spent 300 on a 1/4 carat. And the one I got for y'all is whit sapphire and set in silver but it 2 plus carat and weighs 9 gs. Bought it for my self.

I ordered a ring with express shipping (3-5 days) for an engagement. Over a month later still no delivery, I tried to contact Joancee dozens of times with no response, completely unhelpful service and no way to actually speak to anyone to help. This company is a complete scam. Stay away

I contacted Joancee. After several emails back and forth, which was annoying, they finally gave the me the address where I could return the merchandise. I returned the merchandise and am now waiting for a credit on the merchandise I returned.

I ordered a ring and when it arrived it looked nothing like the one on the website, the stones werent even the right color and the setting wasnt finished. So I messaged customer service and they sent me another ring. Well I just recieved a new ring and it also looks wrong. And the setting is terrible and one of the stones is smaller than the others. I have messaged customer service and asked for a full refund. Waiting to hear back.

It's very well made and looks great! It did take a lot longer than anticipated to get delivered but when I got it, it was more than I expected. I'm just excited to see my girls reaction when i ask her to marry me!

Love love the ring…it sparkles and shines beautifully. Ordering was very easy. Tracking the package was kinda weird because it wasn't actually delivered to my house by the third party carrier HDL. They honestly took it to the post office.
