We wanted to send our first ring back for a refund.
That was met with excuses, so I have done nothing.
I was very impressed with Ivy. Everyone should be as nice as her.
She was extremely helpful.
My wife loved the second ring set.

The ring is beautiful, but shipping very slow. I will have to really think about if I will order again.

I received the box, and it was beautiful in itself. I get so many compliments from the family and they all ask to see the ring. I'm so happy and satisfied. It feels of amazing quality and the stones are beautiful.

Fir the price I would think it would look more authentic. Looks cheap.

I am use to getting my order within a few days. My order took some time but I promise it was well worth it. I absolutely love my ring. It was put together so nicely. When I was nervous about my delivery I sent out an email. My response time was super fast. And the customer service is great!

Ring is crooked sending back for refund very disappointed

Purchased these for a one year anniversary gift and my significant other loved hers! Delivery time was about 20 days due to overseas.

Plain and simple, I ordered a ring that looked great and within a months time I was able to give that to my S/O and she loves it.

Purchased a ring as an anniversary gift. My wife picked it out several months ago and I was able to surprise her with it. Despite it being a special order, it arrived quickly and on time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IM WARNING YOU NOW! I bought myself and my girlfriend matching rings before I went to visit her in FL (I live in NC so I don't see her that often). My trip wasn't until 2 weeks so I paid $20 extra for the 4-6 day shipping. 2 weeks went by and I never got my order until after I came back. So I looked for a way to contact Joancee and the only way to get into contact with someone was WhatsApp or FB Messenger. I contacted them and told them my issue and that I just want my $20 back that I paid extra for for the shipping. They first offered only $10 and apologized, but I declined and said I deserved my full refund for the extra i paid. They left me on read and when I contacted them again, I asked for a phone number because i was starting to get fed up and they said "No. Sorry". Then they offered $8. So I said last time they offered me $10 but I guess I have no choice but to take it but I'll never purchase from them again. Low and behold I never got my refund and they left me on read again. Do not buy from these people. I never leave reviews but my experience with Joancee has been so awful, if they won't value customer service, i'll hit them where it hurts and make sure less people purchase from them. If you can find what you need somewhere else, i'd recommend buying else where. Customer service goes a long way.

I had to use PayPal. The feature to use a credit/debit card did not work. Despite payment issue, overall experience was good.

I absolutely love my ring. It's beautiful and exactly how it was in the pictures.
