Pros:
- The site worked well. Ordering and setting up payments (a 4-payment plan, in my case) were very easy.
- I got a discount off of the original price, which was inexpensive to start with.

Cons:
- It took a little longer to get the ring (about 2 weeks, as opposed to 4-8 days), and I was not able to track it at all. I got in contact with a rep, and I still did not get satisfactory help to determine whether the ring had even shipped. However, it arrived before I could resolve the tracking issue with the rep.

I received a message that said if I completed my purchase in 15 min or less I would get 15% off. I completed my purchase within 2 min and was charged full price. It did not say anything about a code needing enetered. Other than that there were no issues. Product arrived in a timely manner and was absolutely beautiful as always. I have made several purchases from Joance in the past and every time, the jewelry has been nothing short of spectacular!

I ordered the ring because my daughter lost her wedding ring and can't afford a real replacement. This is stunning, and I can't wait to give b it to her for her 40th birthday. I wish it was real.

I got my ring and earrings, they are beautiful. They fit perfect and I'm happy. I just wish they have more information from when you make your order to actually receiving it. It took longer than I expected and I had no tracking records for it. The items look gorgeous

Everyone that sees my ring has something good to say about it, only thing I wish is that it wouldn't scuff on the underside of the band… other than that I love it. So much so, that I ordered another one last night to have as a backup!

My husband ordered me a ring. The ring has stsrted tarnishing. I sent photos of the ring and asked for another 1 due to the site specifically says 1 year warranty and they told me the they couldn't honot the warranty and offered me a 40% of discount. I hope like hell I do order another ring from here. Definitely not trustworthy and not standing on the policy's word. Poor customer service

This is my 2nd order for the same ring. I love the design and look, but the gold plating comes off. Wish it was solid gold. Easy ordering and quick shipping.
