It takes two weeks to receive your order. In error I selected the wrong ring size and needed to exchange the ring for the correct size. The exchange process seems too complicated, so I elected to reorder; using the coupon code provided by customer service. (Plus: Customer Service responded timely to my emails) Negative: The system forces you to select expedited shipping between $18- $20. The reorder exchange coupon should be greater than what is offered.

Long wait for the product to arrive. I love the size of the ring, I just thought it would be shinier than it actually is.

I was very skeptical the shipping time took a while, but 20 days (including weekends) and it got here I was surprised but very happy. The rings came in a little jewelry box. I spent 100 with a 15% coupon.
