The ring is pretty, the time it took was not an experience I wanted. I paid extra money to get it on time for valentines and did not get it the time specified. No excuse to take the money for that service. I'm pleased with the ring, thank you kindly. It would be nice to get the shipping cost back in order to receive my future business!

I recently ordered a ring from this place, I honestly seen them on instagram add with a sale for Valentine's Day and I'm a curious guy so I clicked. The site is nice and easy to navigate. I found a fair priced ring for what the details were as metal, etc. The following is why I rate a 7/10. After I placed my order I get the standard messages about shipping. Upon clicking the link to track item the result was that it was not a current tracking number, just to be sure I waited a couple days and clicked again, same result. I reached out to costumer service and I'd admit they gave me a link even thought in my opinion it was sketchy but i decided to just give the benefit of the doubt. By sketchy I mean that when I clicked on the link it gave me info on the package as far as where it come from and how far it has reached but it didn't include my address or my name on it at all. I'm honestly thinking someone just made it up, as I have been scammed before. The ring came just i time for the 14. It reached my mailbox on the 13. Now I payed for shipping the be 4-6 business days and I placed my order on Jan 30 when I received the packed the date they delivered was Feb. 2nd. Yes it all kinda worked out but I feel serviced should be a lot better. I was at one point going to just cancel my order and find something else.

I has an accident last year and had to have my rings cut off of my fingers. This ring is a replacement for those rings I had. It was blue that is my birthstone in September. It was beautiful. I am so very happy I purchased from Joancee.

This was a birthday/valentines day present to myself. I ordered it in late January and just received it. I actually forgot about ordering it so it was a nice surprise. Truly beautiful piece and all that I expected.

I was wondering when I would get my order but after 2 weeks I received my order. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

The order took very long to arrive and was very bulky.

Beautiful product. The communication received very light. Made me nervous that it was a scam. But did receive product and it was worth the wait.

It just took too long to get here but besides that, we love it!

Overall, it was actually still a good experience buying from JOANCEE because of the beauty and affordability of their products and many designs to choose from. The only problem we experienced was it came 3 days late for our wedding day. We paid extra $25 to expedite so it should reach 3 business days which we should receive the latest that is 2 days before the wedding at least. However it arrived 3 days later after. So expediting my order is not reliable. It will still come in a month whether you pay extra or not. But I still want to thank JOANCEE for the beautiful elegant big black box to store my engagement and couple rings.

Good. But was disappointed on how long it took to get it, but was very much worth the wait!
