My ring took several weeks to arrive but when I reached out to customer service, they were very helpful with information and checked in to make sure my order was delivered.

The pictures of the ring were beautiful and looked like the ring was real. The item that arrived looks a little less real but is still beautiful and fits well.

Placed an order for my wife's wedding ring. I chose 3 day shipping to get it early. My order didn't arrive until 4 weeks later. Sadly It did not arrive before our wedding date. I placed several emails asking where my order was and all they kept saying was check your tracking it will arrive soon. NO HELP AT ALL!

Additionally I paid extra to have the ring engraved only to be super disappointed yet again. The engraving is so small that you can barely see it. Like you literally have to tilt the ring to light, squint your eyes in order to see it. The ring is absolutely beautiful. If it wasn't for that, I'd ask for a full refund.

I love your jewelry and the quality. It is also great price.

It took about 4 weeks from the time I placed my order till it arrived on my doorstep! Well worth the wait! I highly recommend them.

Besides the waiting it was a good experience. Just need to shorten your delivery time
