I have received several orders from JMBullion the past couple months and very satisfied with the coins and delivery, I do want to state for some reasons a day or two after I placed my latest order from you that I am unable to access your website now. I get a response of bad inquiry. I do not have any such problems on any other websites for various items. I know this sounds ludicrous but did you somehow block me from accessing your site? This problem occurred as I was moving around in your site on pricing different items and pricing for different quantities. Not sure if you have a program in your software system that blocks accessing your system by someone's email address Please let me know. Thanks.

This was my first purchase and pictures can be deceiving however the item was exactly as ordered (smaller than the picture on the website but that is expected).

In my experiences with JM the product is always priced fairly and always ships fast. Sometimes the packaging is a bit inconsistent, but I compensate for those little quirks by focusing on the cheaper products and making sure to always hit at least the minimum price to get free shipping, thereby setting myself up for satisfaction when the correct mass of metal arrives, and for delight when the products are also beautiful, which they always are.

My package went from Las Vegas to Maryland. I live in Indiana, near Chicago. The package was delayed two days. The coins were beautiful when I finally received them. I would recommend j. M. Bullion
After many transactions with JMBULLION over the years this is the first time to be dissatisfied. I ordered 10 1878 to 1904 b u morgan dollars and all 10 were 1883-0 coins I thought I might get a little bit of a variety. I also ordered 20.00 in 90%silver coins which came in the form of Washington quarters 1 10.00 dollar bag contained a 1966 clad coin the second bag only had 39 quarters. Not very happy have always had good experiances previously.

For the most part I was satisfied, one piece had scratches on it though. Other than that, prices were not bad at all, cheaper than from the mint they were made at.

Prolly won't buy from them again. First order of gold came in 3 days, I was so happy I ordered some silver 2 days later but... it's been seven days and still haven't left their facility! That's a very crappy way to do business. The site says 1-2 day shipping, the lady on the phone I talked to on the 4th day said it would ship that day. And now 7th day and still not on transit I expect money off my next order when I call. OR SOME BACK FOR THIS ONE! Or I won't place another one EVER AGAIN!
