Great service as always but the over spot is extremely high. It was. 69 over spot prior to ther virus and now its up to 3-5 dollars over spot. Please come back to where it was. 69-1.00 over spot.

Two orders, a week ago, Arrived on time, gold, silver, no scratch, exciting being it was my first buy.
Purchased BU 1/10 oz gold wedgetail eagle and there was a small scratch on eagle so not real happy with it. I have purchased 3 or 4 orders from jm bullion before without complaints until now.
I placed two separate orders with JM Bullion two weeks ago. I payed with my platinum AMEX and I got confirmation #, first order amount is bout $1800 for one gold bar and the second order amount is about $50 for two silver bars. The next day they send me an email to inform me that they cancelled the first order because I paid with credit card and they couldn't verify payment! While the second order was processed just normally. I called JM Bullion customer support and I asked; how come you can verify the second order but not the first one? I paid with the same credit card! The response was just ridiculous, they said since I'm new customers they don't trust me to pay with my credit card with that much money and I can go back buy the same bars with wire transfer! There was nothing on the website that mentioned who can can pay with what payment methods?! And when I when back to the website to buy the same bars that I bought the day before, I found out the price increased while the silver price was decreased and that's why they didn't cancelled the order! Wow that was total scam! Based on that I cancelled my second order and I will never deal with JM Bullion or let any of my family or friends deal with! I bought the same bars from U. S Gold Bureau and payed with my Credit card, the transaction went as smooth as any other online transaction I usually make. That's why I gave them one start and if I can give minus I would do that without hesitation.
Good quality and very pleasant to look at good price too thanks for sending them fast and thanks for free shipping need to work on taxes I don't think there should be taxed
Best way to buy. I'm hoping they get 1 ounce bars in soon. I did get a 10 ounce bar shipping was fast and secure.
The size is bigger than expected, but nothing wrong with it. Very well crafted. Wonderful to look at.
Bought 5 10oz bars. Exactly what they advertise. Arrived a day earlier then expected Wich was exciting being it was my first buy. Outside of one of the bars being dented up on one edge id recommend jm to everyone. Already introduced a few friends and some who placed orders already. Overall pleased so are they.
Got 10 mexican pesos in a timely fashion, most were clearly restrikes but got an original 1912 which seems to be one cherry atop a fine fudge sundae dessert every time. Small mark on one of them but for varied condition they were more like almost uncirculated. I will keep buying!
