I ordered US$10 face value silver coins. (100 dimes). But I received only 99 dimes.

Ordering was easy and the site was simple to manage. Standard shipping however didn't come without its problems. Due last Friday the 24th, then delayed. Showed up today on Monday the 27th. Coins are flawless! Now awaiting a second order.

I have ordered several times since my first order and have had no problems whatsoever. One order was even received a day earlier than was expected
Great web site for selection, and easy purchasing. Delivery was great. Very honest and trust able group to buy Gold.
The guarantee isn't so guaranteed. The first 3 orders I made were perfect. The 4th however didn't arrive. Although they said it was sent insured, the conditions for filing a claim were extremely excessive and in my case impossible. They wanted a police report, a postal inspector report, a PDF self declaration of loss. All this during the pandemic with many obstacles to overcome with the police and the post office. I believe my delivery was hijacked by someone as the postman will not bring deliveries to my door. They opted to just leave expensive bullion orders in my mailbox and even when requesting signature deliveries the postman just signs their own name. Most likely because we are in a global pandemic and they dont want contact with anyone. This could have turned out better if JM Bullion was more helpful and empathetic to my missing delivery. To my knowledge if the post office insures delivery and it is not received they pay the claim. However it appears JM Bullion has their own separate insurance and it is extremely unlikely you will be compensated in any way for your loss. Just be aware that the guarantee is bogus in my opinion

With my first purchase from JM Bullion I was a little skeptical since my order did not show up on the date it was supposed to. After putting my tracking number into the United States postal service I found that the package had been delayed mostly due to the covid-19 pandemic. I received my package a week later than it was supposed to be but the customer service for JM Bullion was immaculate and the product was everything I could wish it to be. I will definitely order from them again.
Luv the sales here. I start early to collect coins for the holidays for my grandsons. Pleased with coins & prompt service. Think i'll Order some more.
