After we read that we would be receiving our package in wonderful time, we received another notice that our package, due to mishandling had been sent to Kentucky instead of to Utah - strange routing from Nevada - and that it would arrive 3 days later. Concern. When we came home after the time, we found the package left on our front porch with strange re-wrapping around a UPS package. Never seen that before. As we opened it through layers of new, not UPS tape, we found a "box" taped shut inside. The note said that due to COVID someone might only ask us at our front door about the package receipt and then sign it with their own pen. Fine. Could someone possibly explain the strangely re-taped UPS box sent from Nevada to Kentucky mismarked and finally to Utah?

JM Bullion is awesome except for the repetitive adds popping up on my phone as I'm driving. It pops up over my navigation app and PLEASE STOP. I could get in a wteck while trying to get back to my navigation. You guys are hreat except fir the endless pop up ads. Those ads don't make me want to buy more. They actually upset me enough that I don't order. I hate pop up ads. It would be greatly appreciated if you would stop the ads. If not, I'll have to block you and THEN you get NO business from me
