JM is a quality company. They care for their clients and respond very promptly. I have had only 2 shipping issues with many past shipments. They promptly responded and fixed the problem without hesitation. As my financial means allow, I will continue to purchase from JB, they are on my "speed dial".

I've place several orders with JM and I have never been disappointed. Everything arrives on time and exactly as promised. It does worry me at times that a package worth a few thousand dollars gets left on the doorstep but I haven't had one taken yet so I guess I can't complain. I'm usually quick to test the authenticity of the items I purchase but with JM I have no doubt they are real. That ease of mind is worth the few bucks over spot.

This was most likely the woest experience I have EVER had while shipping online over the past decade+. JM Bullion will leave you hanging, their claims department does not answer the phone and they will blame you when you do not receive the order. They don't write it on their website, but they ship valuable orders worth hundreds of dollars with the cheapest & simplest USPS mail: No signature required, no guarantee of delivery. My shipment was left outside in NYC by USPS and they refuse to re-ship with UPS or reimburse and they say "their insurance" does not cover it. DO NOT ORDER HERE! You will lose your money if for whatever reason the order doesn't make it to you.
Order somewhere else that backs their customers and does not blame you for their negligence. I was on the phone with a "manager" who said his name was "Fibtain" yesterday and eventually he hung up on me. So now I do not have the product and do not have my funds. If they had shipped it with UPS with a signature required, this would have been avoided. If they would have insured it with USPS this probably would have been avoided. Regardless I have seen similar reviews on consumer affairs, so please AVOID this company at all costs and shop somewhere that will actually get your product to you / will work with you if something happens.
I order online heavily throughout the year and have never dealt with something like his before. Additionally, I am a small business owner and ship daily with the major US carriers and would never hold a customer responsible for a product not being delivered / not properly insuring the shipment. (especially when shipping with the simplest and cheapest USPS option sans USPS insurance)

Coin was exactly what I expected. On time delivery! I'm a returning costumer. Will use this company again.

Bar was littler than expected but was 1 oz. I am happy with the purchase. Will buy more soon. I recommend getting some.

We started purchasing from JM Bullion in February 2021. We have not been disappointed. At first the shipping was delayed due to volume, however, the shipments are pretty quick now. So far between my husband and myself (2 accounts) we have placed over 10 orders. No complaints. I truly like that JM Bullion also has ‘Pre-sales". Oh, and let us not forget the military/ veteran discount! We will be buying more in the near future.
