I've been investing in precious metals for several years. I ran across jmbullion.com about a year ago. I like the prices and variety of items. The site has many great features such as alerts on sold out items when they become available. My favorite feature is the easily available receipts of each shipment. Well worth the time to check them out

BEWARE. Of this companies terms and conditions. They will try to rob you with their terms if something goes wrong. If you order a product and it is not delivered properly be prepared to jump through many hoops. They will not make reimbursement easy. They require you to first notify them within 2 days of any issue. If you don't, you lose your money. If you do they will then say they will start a claim and ask you to file a police report. Filing a police report requires a crime. In this case stolen property. If you provide them with a police report, they will deny your claim as under their terms and conditions it does not cover stolen property. This policy sets the customer up for denial of the claim, which is a very frustrating loophole that serves JM Bullion at the expense of the customer. Do not waste your time with their requests, just go to the post office and get a letter from the postmaster that confirms mis delivery. I did this and JM Bullion still denied my claim and refused to call me back or give me any proper explanation. On the phone somebody would say a manager from claims would call me, nobody ever called. I dealt with bad communication and stone walling the whole time. Don't make my mistake, focus on the post office and see if they will reimburse you. In my case to much time had elapsed dealing with JM Bullion that the post office could no longer open a claim. JM Bullion puts a lot of burden on the customer, probably in hopes of wearing them out with the ultimate goal of being able to keep the customers money without providing a product. I have ordered many many products from this company with no problems because everything went right. If anything goes wrong BEWARE. I will not be supporting this business going forward nor recommending it to anyone as I once did. I gave them 428 bucks and received nothing for it but a massive headache and a lot of wasted time trying to resolve it.

Ordered Silver Eagle. Coins are beautiful and delivered to me securely pack and protected. Timing of delivery was as promised. Thank you JM. Will purchase from you again.

I have purchases from them many times. I have checked around and their prices are always the lowest for precious metals. They have the most items in stock too. Also, if you order only $199 the shipping is free. I have heard horror stories of other sites taking months to ship to you. Not this company. Honest, fair, and fast. I highly recommend JM Bullion. They should have a referral bonus though. I have sent half a dozen people to them.

The website is easy to use. They have a great inventory of precios metals. My orders are quickly filled and shipped. The items are well package. Will be ordering more items in the future.

I love the fact that the products, be it silver gold or copper etc, the price you pay is DIRECTLY connected to the price of the precious metals doing in the stock market. Very few online bullion companies online do this and as far as I've seen, JM Bullions prices are always lower.

I was skeptical at first so I placed a "test order" for silver. My order arrived on time and discretely packaged. This is an excellent way to purchase Silver and Gold in my opinion.
