My order arrived in tact and is proof that JM Bullion will deliver if you're proactive and sensible. To everyone who has had a bad experience, I'm inclined to think you're either a bot or just didn't try to cross all your T's and dot all your I's. If you're being shipped silver or any precious metals it's on YOU to do the leg work of ensuring that either you are there present OR if someone who is related to you lives in very close proximity (one or two houses down from you in a neighborhood or literally two doors down from you in a townhome complex) is in possession of the tracking number and can help let the driver in your house or apartment. I am a truck driver who was unable to be at my door when the order arrived but I made it work. I got out in front of my order early and contacted JM Bullion customer service who did a great job in answering my questions. Put in the work and you will get results. If you got family or friends who are trustworthy and they live less than a minute away from you, coordinate with them, give them the tracking number and so on and, JM Bullion will do the rest.

I will be buying from them again. Great service! Fast and dependable service. Great products with lots of options.

I ordered two gold coins from JM Bullion and received box of wrapping material and a list of shipped items. I filed a claim that included documentation of the two attempts of filing a police report and included the police's refusal to accept the report. I also filed a report with the Post Office as the representative stated that the investigation by the post office would be acceptable. The post office acknowledged my complaint and paid the full amount of their limited liability. ($100) JM Bullion's last email before they closed and refused my complaint stated I must provide a police report. This is their dodge to avoid paying claims, as they acknowledged in an earlier email they understand it is difficult to get the local police to accept a report for a crime outside of their jurisdiction. I believe JM Bullion is not an honorable company.

The product was as advertised. Great potential gift for Lego lovers. JM has a short turn time on orders. Excellent quality.
