I have been buying products from them for about a year and never had any issue. The products arrived always on time and in good condition.

Lost a majority of a silver shipment through USPS. JM Bullion packaged and shipped the order with tracking number. However, when only a partical order was delievered due to packaging being damaged, according to USPS, it was entirely up to me to prove that I did not receive the entire shipment. I was given a limited amount of time to provide evidence i. E. multple pictures, statements, and police report. My time was extended as providing a police report was a lengthy process; just be aware you have a limited amount of time to file and complete a claim. As the price of precious metals changes by the minute, all increased value of your purchase belongs to JM Bullion until you actually receive your order. If you place an order, and an order number is provided then you decide to cancel that order, you are obligated to reimburse JM Bullion for the increased value of your purchase. In my particular case, it took almost over 2 months from the time I placed my order, have it approved for shipment (it was an ACH purchase), finally delivered with missing product, gather the required information to submit the claim, sign inaccurate company documentation, then being submitted to the insurance carrier, and then waiting for claim approval. Resolution is at the sole discretion JM Bullion, i. E. if it is a refund or the missing product is replace. In several Emails I requested the product be replaced never distinguishing a difference based on the price of silver. I received my refund within 24 hours of my claim being approved. I would not be surprised if the insurance carrier satisfied the claim based on what the value of silver was at that moment and not on what it cost me to purchase. Upon notification that I was getting a refund, I went on JM Bullion website to learn that it would cost me an additional $363.54 to purchase the missing silver I ordered over two months ago - equity I lost through this process. While JM Bullion insured their Terms and Conditions protected their interests, they do not look out for yours, their paying customer.

Placed an order using my bank's credit card. A few days later, received an email asking for a check to be mailed. It was an unexpected twist so - since they are asking for a check, the order had not been actually completed but they demand a $101 cancellation fee. I opened a dispute with my credit card.
This outfit claims that this "term" is listed somewhere on page 666 of their agreement... not very useful.

I've purchased gold many times and sold some gold back to JM Bullion. Everytime, they were quick to deliver it with a signature required US Postal Service delivery. Never had any troubles. I can't stress enough their great service.

I placed an order with you, not my first, I placed the order after I had changed my mailing address.
It was still delivered to the previous address. You did nothing to help me get my order. If it wasn't for a concerned UPS driver who knows when I would have gotten my order.

Thank you again and I appreciate the fast shipping.The items I ordered are what my grandfather wanted will be purchasing again soon.

I love buying from JM Bullion. They are super fast and efficient. They also have the best prices and perks of any precious metal seller I have found!

I purchased a coin JM Bullion shipped one coin I ordered, a box I didn't order and failed to ship a coin I did order. Put in a claim and I have received no closure on the topic after a week of waiting and seeing the price of silver skyrocket. They also have one of the most arduous process before they will even look at their footage to see if you are deserving of their time. You need to put in the claim save every piece of packaging send about 10 photos and a copy of your invoice just so they will look at your claim. This also needs to be done within two days of delivery. I would not recommend their services they are slow to respond to issues and claims department is impossible to talk to a person. They just leave their greeters to be abused by customers because they can not talk to someone who is able to help them

JM Bullion are rip off and thieves. They tell you your package is fully insured during transit. My package with over $3000. 00 in silver never arrived and they REFUSED to cover it after they tell you they insured it for FULL value. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE CO. AND THE MANAGER SIB J. CARES NOTHING FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND REFUSED TO REFUND. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I found out they did not even insure the package thru USPS when they shipped. They said they insured thru their own private company and then they refused to file a claim. The silver was ripped off from USPS and it was made EASY by the criminals as USPS probably never even conducted an investigation into the missing package because JM Bullion DID NOT EVEN INSURE thru them. Then they try to save them selves money but not filing a claim with their insurance on your behalf! I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and this is how they treat their loyal customers. They make millions of dollars a year and their choice is to ROB YOU AND NOT FULLY INSURE YOUR PRODUCT DURING TRANSIT instead of spending the few extra dollars to insure through the carrier. Which they would of charged you anyway? Makes absolutely no sense. I tried to get them to ship a more expensive way to Hawaii and they refused. They said they would only ship USPS and then the neglected to insure it thru them. Pitiful company and business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There are plenty of more reputable places to shop for bullion. GO to APMEX, Money Metal and SD Bullion to name a few. Don't give these crooks your money!

Very easy and painless experience in ordering, no pushy sales representatives to convince me of what I did not want to get. The items were packaged individually in a nice display package and included a description of the item. Reasonable shipping. I would definitely purchase from this place again. I have had terrible experiences with internet sales but this was not one of them. Extremely pleased with my order!

JM Bullion did a wonderful job of communicating what to expect upon receiving the order. The email that was sent to me made it clear regarding what to do if my order did not show up also. I ordered 3 1oz Sunshine Buffalo Rounds, and I was impressed and pleased with the quality of the rounds. This was my first time purchasing precious metals through JM Bullion, and I most certainly will be using them again!
