I have purchased many items only to recently find out they are selling most cheaper on ebay. JM bullion has an ebay account and gives free shipping. I have not been offered free shipping or a discount on any of my items. Feel had.

I placed an order with JMB over $1000. Most of the items were not in the box when I received it. They are responsible for shipping me all the items I ordered. Either they did not package all the items, or the shipping company took the items. Either way I did not get the items. Unbelievably they are wasting more of my time and attempting to charge me for items I did not receive. I don't know what sort of scam they are trying to pull here, but they should be held accountable for their fraudulent actions, and other customers should know not to trust this company at all.

JM Bullion company belongs to these types of companies, where if ALL the aspects of purchases are going smoothly everything is OK.
But if ANYthing is NOT going as 'should', do not expect any real help.
Suddenly 'small print' became a golden rule.
No appreciation of former business and amount of money you spent before.

Just consider evaluating your needs and find a company that does not have as many single-star opinions as this one.
Just be aware…

Well I just had a nice review down and I mean it wasn't short either in I lost it somehow but anyways I just want to thank you guys you guys are a fantastic company to deal with and your coins are so fast when you order them and you guys are so professional and thank you for being there and have a great New Year and I hope all of you that read this have a wonderful New Year and a blessed by God to have a great year and let's rock on and move forward. I have placed numerous order totaling over 20k from these people. I recently had an order that THEY cancelled the. Had the nerve to charge me a market loss fee. I replaced the order (a much larger order) they took the funds from my bank account, waited 10 days then cancelled my order and sent me a refund of everything minus the market loss fee from the order THEY cancelled. These people are petty and stupid. I will purchase from a competitor now. Good job

Exceeded expectations in both quality of BU recognizable (Sunshine mint marked) made in the USA coins and the rapid turn around time from ordering to delivery was another plus..

I placed an order on Friday and it arrived on Monday. That's great service. I was somewhat hesitant since I had never done this previously.

Item arrived on time and was exactly as described. I am very happy with the experience and highly recommend this company.
