First time customer, first time sending a Wire payment. Had some major issues with my bank. When I tried to stay in contact with JM so they wouldn't cancel my order. They were rude and told me "I was being impatient because I was calling to soon for "THEIR" business hours to have gotten the payment. Even though my bank was supposed to have sent it 2 days before. They acted as if I was needlessly taking their time. Not so much when even after I called multiple times to advise I had in fact paid and the bank was causing the hold up. They still canceled my order. After several emails and calls and the fact that the wire did go through they eventually honored it. But this is no way to treat a first time customer.
Order received and was as ordered. On time delivery. Have ordered since March 21st.
