When I was putting the back of the chair on to the arms I didn't line up the bold properly and ended up destroying the thread to a point where i could only get the bolt in half way so i had to use nut in between to be able to tighten up the bolt. Long story short be careful when setting up this chair. But besides from that chair was easy to set up. It is a nice chair and looks great.
Overall experience with Jmall.co.uk was good. They didn't have my chair so upgraded me free of charge and sent it out within the day. 3 days later I received the product. Took me about 30 mins to assemble and the instructions were easy and simple. Build quality is good for the money you pay.
I decided to go to an office chair. Comfy with a good articulation of the backrest. Gaming chairs are like racecar seats so expect that. You're sitting in an office or at a pc for hours at a time, not smashing it round bends at 85mph. You do need a light chair that hugs you. Definitely recommend the office chairs.
