Fraudulent charges

I did place a couple of orders and received them but every month since the charge keeps coming up on my card. It's recently popped up again as pending. I've emailed them to try and resolve the issue. I don't think I'll be ordering from them any time soon.

Charged cc, never received items and tried to charge my cc again yesterday! Their phone # is out of service, my email was blocked and my tracking number is suddenly non-existent. TOTAL THIEVES!

I ordered the c cream and it never arrived upon. Investigation The phone number doesn't work. There is no location and no way to reach anybody. I seen their ad on facebook and just assumed they were legit, I was wrong.

They continuously charge your card. I had to block them at my bank because they were charging my card $30 every week for some foundation I ordered that was suppose to be $20.

Ordered a rug on December 2022, the wrong # address (202 instead of 204) in a very small town was my mistake. The rug was returned at the end of December. It is now March 3rd and the latest tracking says "the package is abandoned in LA", are you flippin kidding me? I will never use this company again! STAY AWAY!

Great Visit

My coworker and I went to Jill and Jacks on park Blvd after work. It was such a pleasant experience. Morgan was exceptional in helping me find everything I needed to put together a school girl outfit. I am so happy. Thank you Morgan, I'll be back.

Apron order
February 1, 2021

I ordered the cutest apron as a gift for my sister on December 8. These items are coming from China. My package got to my post office but they said there was an incorrect address so it was returned to China. It's now February 1. Jack Jill's says I gave them the wrong address to my house. I gave it to them 3 times. I also asked for a refund. All they say is that I should call the post office. Cute apron but not worth the hassle. Very disappointed.

Stay away, terrible customer service

Never received the item that I ordered. Contacted them and I was told that it was at the post office, to call them! I called my post office and they did not have it. Company customer service couldn't even tell me which post office it was at. Will never do business with them again. They got my money and I got nothing. Stay away from them!

Do not buy anything from this company i recieved many texts telling me my order had been shipped, i placed the order 12/07 and still no product. Everytime i send a texts its awlays the product has been shipped or its the fault of covid for the delays same pitiful excuse almost 30 days and still no product and same b. S. statement. Its on its way do not buy anything from them pitiful company

Stay Away
December 26, 2020

Ordered an apron placed on 11/25. Continued to track slow progress of order until 12/12 when it was supposedly sent to a delivery company in LA that would deliver the item. As of 12/26 that is where things stood. No further progress or tracking updates. Emails responded to with vague promises of contacting the delivery company for an update. Have filed a payment dispute with my credit card company. Should have read these reviews before placing my order. Lesson Learned.

I received my cat apron in right under three weeks. It looks just like the website picture. The family loves it. The only thing I would change is I wish the apron had at least one pocket. Unfortunately, it has none. For that reason I am giving it four stars instead of five.
