The box my items were sent in what so large and flimsy that during shipping it ripped and 1. One of the shirts was filthy and 2. A mouse got in the box and I had to catch it in my house

Club Shirts

I always use Jiffy and find it easy to design and order. I do a lot of school clubs like Lego and Math and always order shirts and DTF to make them. The DTFs are peeling this order. I followed the directions and preheated, pressed, and pressed a second time.

Always great shirts

I always get shirts from here so they come great. This is the first time I ordered a jacket and I must say I was so disappointment. The jacket was thin like paper. (It was the unisex zone protect lightweight jacket). However customer service was very fast at solving my problem so I can order a better jacket from them.

I made a large order for shirts for my students. However, it looked like there was a spot on the printer that created a smudge on nearly all of the transfers. I took pictures and submitted a claim for a reprint. It's been nearly a week and no response. I also emailed but with no response. This is strange because when I had a similar issue with another shirt they responded right away. It's disappointing because I don't think I will have the shirts in time, or the students will have to wear damaged shirts that I unfortunately paid for.

Worst Service ever

I have placed 7 orders in past 2 weeks. I have currently received 5 of those 7 orders. Of the 5 I have received 3 times I was sent the wrong DTF transfers. This is bad business amd is causing me to give my customers bad business. I have missed deadlines and lost money and future buisness due to these "mistakes". What makes it worst is you xamt person talk to a person. You get a AI chat bot or response by email the next day. At the rate they are going I expect at least 1 of my next 2 orders to be messed up. I guarantee you they will be the last orders I ever place with Jiffy.

My biggest complaint is that there is no way to contact an actual human person with any problems. You have to wait for an email and that can take up to two days.
