We have had many transactions with Jiffy - the service at the beginning of the year was quick with the turn around time for shirts. Now we are experiencing longer shipping times or "Lost" orders that never end up being scanned by the postal service.
In all of the orders I have placed I have only had 3 problems and they were fixed immediately.
Great Customer Service and speedy shipping
Have only had a few bad shirts. I only dislike there is a shipping fee on shirts and transfers. So if you need a quick project or last minute shirt, it's automatic $20 shipping as it's at least $10 each.
The prints are useful. Especially on big orders to save time. It would be great if an invoice came with your orders so you know what all is in the roll when ordering multiple prints and getting 3 rolls. It would also be great if they were done by size. Yes they offer pre-cut service but throw them all in together so you still spend time matching them up to figure out the size. You have to do the same thing when you cut them and spend time matching them up to see what size is what. Also, pay attention to the colors and backing. Some come great and are beautiful, sometimes the colors will be off or the white backing is not thick enough and your shirt color comes through the image. But 75% of them time prints are good. Just wish the sizes of prints were together so not wasting all the time prepping.

They literally have the BEST customer service around. Problem with a shirt? Replaced. Need a quick order? Best around. I love this place and would never shop anywhere else for my shirts. The DTFs are amazing as well! I make CANVA designs and they print them better than I could imagine. Makes making shirts so easy.
