I had an issue when I placed my order it was easy and quick to deal with customer service. Products are always great and prefect! Products always arrive quickly.
Despite advertising their award winning customer service and fast shipping, I was left in the dark the day before I needed my vinyl decals with no tracking, and no way of getting in touch with anyone who could help. I ended up ordering from another company, and my order arrived within 20 hours. Even after emailing explaining my issue and requesting a refund, I have still not heard from customer service. Incredibly disappointing.
The big order i got wasn't what I wanted, I complained about it and they mention a partial reimbursement but I mention why should I pay for something I wasn't satisfied with. I ask for money back and I also mention I can send items back, so its been over 4 days and still hasn't got a response yet, this was close to a 1000. 00 order
It took be a minute to figure out how to order just plain, round stickers, but finally got it to work. Or at least I thought. In my preview they looked round and just like I needed. But when they arrived, they looked like they'd been cut out by a two year old with safety scissors. They weren't fully round, had rough edges, etc. I did not have time to get a new batch so asked for a refund, which I did receive a partial refund. They're customer service in acknowledging the issue and attempting to make it right through refund is what saved this review and got them a higher rating.
So, far I love service jiffy provides. As long as you know your measurements and the art work you want to use Jiffy is excellent for DTFs and UV transfers!
I love buying my shirts from Jiffy. They are always quick with shipping my package and also making sure that I know if my package is going to be delayed. I haven't had any issues with them and I highly doubt I will. Wish I knew when things would be back in stock but that's okay it isn't a big deal. Just I don't want to go to another place when the shirts I have gotten so far have been great.

I ordered some business transfer cut stickers. The quality of the work and color is outstanding! I do recommend if you have small lettering to enlarge the lettering and enlarge the sticker size if you're doing a transfer cut. But I love the work they do.
I was very surprised to work up a shirt last week only to notice about 4-6 spots where either lint covered the shirt or something else, and there were flecks of white where the pink did not dye like the rest of the sweatshirt. By the left shoulder, in the front of the sweatshirt there was an entire line where it was white. Like there's no quality control or something.
Several of the shirts seemed as if the stitching was too loose on the shoulders. The shipping arrived a day late. I was placed in time an the delivery date was updated at the ti. E it should have arrived.
Bought couple long sleeve T-shirt for my husband to use at his work. Came very fast. Until right know everything seems good with the t shirts

I ordered transfers for my wedding koozies and they all came out perfect and easy to use. I did have a mishap with a transfer sheet coming in with the wrong size but I got a response from customer service fairly quickly and the issue was resolved. I definitely recommend!
This was a great experience! The free decals was a game changer for me! We are all going to rock our shirts at church tomorrow! They also contacted me and said my design was too small so they couldn't make the decals. I redesigned them and they worked perfectly and came in three days.
Every order I have gotten is crinkled, transfer falling off the carrier sheet, and I just discovered that they are made about 2 inches smaller than what I ordered. I'm paying for an 11" and receive a 9" and paying for a 9" and receive a 7". They also have black smudges on them. It is embarrassing to have to give someone a shirt with a small transfer on it because you don't have time to reorder. The transfers are not cheap. I've given Jiffy several chances and it's all the same. And please don't waste the 30 cents a transfer to have them cut them for you.
My two year old grandson can cut straighter lines than that. I was embarrassed for you to actually send that and more pissed I paid for that!
