The original order I placed did not get delivered to my house. The tracking said delivered but it was not there. I reached out to jiffy shirts and they sent out a replacement package. I was told to let them know of my original package showed up and they would get a shipping label sent to me so I could send back the replacements. My original package got delivered along with my replacement. I let them know and the response was "keep them to make more projects". Customer service is top notch!
