I wasn't sure about ordering online but had a large order for me to be the only one working on it. The shirts came early the day they were expected to arrive. The color was the perfect color.
I've only ordered blank t-shirts from Jiffy but the service has always been great. The products are nice and I receive them quickly with regular shipping.
The problems I have are mostly because of the DTF prints. They don't arrive on time, the peel off the transfer sheet while I'm opening the roll, and you can not let them sit around long before the entire image peels off the sheet.
The same every time. I have been purchasing for awhile now, it's great until you're out of stock. It doesn't take long to restock thanks for all you do.
No response from customer service now Im in danger of having a late order and will have to duplicate shirts because I couldnt cancel order
I like the transfer stickers I've bought, and the price for them is pretty reasonable. However, the fact that the only option for shipping is ultra fast shipping for $10 is very annoying. I'd happily wait a couple more days to receive my package if I only had to pay ~$5 instead of $10, especially when most of the time I'm only getting 1-2 designs anyways.
I absolutely love Jiffy. I've been using them for 4+ years. I had 1 issue ( my own fault) and the customer service exceeded my expectations.
I've been using Jiffy for over 5 years and they never disappoint! Their shirt quality is excellent, their DTFs are top-notch, and shipping is always super fast. On top of that, their customer service is amazing—always helpful and reliable. Highly recommend!
Quality is great and shipping is fast!. But the shipping price is ridiculous when you are only getting a small six dollar order…& shipping then cost more than order.
I actually have ordered many times from jiffy. I have only once been disappointed and that was with delivery dates! Just once disappointed and that wasn't even jiffy's fault.
Each order has be spot on perfect. When ever I did have an issue Jiffy responded and handled the situation in a timely fashion. Very professional in all they do. Highly recommend their services.

I have been using Jiffy for over a year and I love everything I get. If something is damaged the are very quick to respond and get a new item shipped immediately. They have a great customer service team and respond quickly.
I have had several good experiences with this company in the past, but I am having a terrible time with an order that hasn't been sent that is over 2 weeks old. I do a significant amount of business with you, but for some reason can't get anyone to respond. I am looking for other companies because of the poor handling of this. The fact that you don't have a customer service number is mind blowing. The Chat Bot asks the same questions over and over and I have to keep submitting the same information where they tell me someone will call me within 24 business hours. Several attempts have been made on my end to ask for updates and provide information, but not getting anything back. If I didn't need this order for outstanding customer orders I have, probably wouldn't have ordered ever again. Please do better and get back to me and I will consider staying a customer.
I order a lot for my business and most of the time I have a good experience with Jiffy. They are generally quick to respond when I have issues with my orders, or missing items. My biggest concern is not being able to speak to a live person, and all correspondence has to go through either an AI chat, or email that sometimes takes days to respond. I currently do have an issue with a missing order but can't seem to get an answer on what is going on. My complaint is now due to this I have orders that are missing deadlines for customers with their custom orders.
I have had a few instances now this month where items are not in the package at all on bigger orders, or have had issues with things not being pressed well and the items are damaged out. I do appreciate the handling of items with issues, that is one thing that I do think this company does well.
This was our second time placing an order, and actually just placed our 3rd order on 9/29/2025. Super easy to find what we need, and we get our orders in a very short time frame.
Great experience overall! Excellent quality of the shirts ordered. The graphics on the shirt were clear and precise as ordered! The only thing I didn't realize was the graphics printed are a vinyl application. Which isn't bad, but did create a lot of heat… so we couldn't wear them for very long! Other than that, great experience. Highly recommend.

Always the best quality tee shirts and love that I can upload and get my design centered left chest, I love that I can order in multiples of each tee shirt.
Both of my orders I chose precut but was not satisfied with the cutting/packing of the precut option. Some were cut off and also all put together so hard for me to separate sizes. I did not chose that option this time but if you want to cut these properly, then next time I will choose that option, as it would be helpful. Otherwise I am happy with quality
Did not know you needed different files for different instructions. Hopefully this works because I need to know less than 7 hours so I can resubmit for faster shipping

I have used Jiffy for over 5 years now and it wasn't until this year when I started experiencing delays in shipping. Before shipping and handling was quick and lately I've received orders days late even after paying extra for expedited shipping.
