The last 3 orders we have placed have arrived 1-3 days after the promised time. I'm trying this last time before I find a new printer.
I like the product but I've never gotten it on the original delivery date. There's always a problem so order with a huge lead time. Apparently, the delivery people are ALL inept.
So far so good. The PrintPerfect seemed to function well. WIll update if it needs to be changed.
This company needs to have a live agent to speak with in the event of issues. I had issues placing this order and a Robot is no help. I almost gave up. 24 Hours waiting on a call back is not satisfactory when you are trying to place a order.

Jiffy is my primary vendor for all my apparel at my school. They always have fast shipping and high quality projects. On a few occasions, there has been a mistake but Jiffy always steps up to the plate and corrects it. No complaints and I will continue to use them for all my personal and business needs.
I've been receiving most of my DTF transfers damaged, and many of the images arrive with unwanted background dots and most of times i missed my deadlines
The first time I ordered these transfers, I spent about two hours cleaning up the designs because there was a lot of excess material around the letters. This made the process tedious, as I had to trim each one individually. I hope that with this order, the transfers will arrive much cleaner and easier to use.
Everything on this site is so easy to navigate. I never have any issues findings anything and I love the variety of items they have.
There are a ton of options on the site and it is easy to use - there was an item missing in my order I had to reach out about. Also, two items in my cart were out of stock, I had to order when they came back in stock AND pay shipping. I feel like if the website knew I had them in my cart in a previous order, some compensation for shipping should have been made since I had a very large order previously. Overall, quick service, very responsive, products as described and more!
My original order was caught in postal strike. It was to fulfill an urgent order to a customer and five days later no one has responded to my ticket. Poor service. So now I've had to reorder at additional cost which is ridiculous.

For the most part, I've had a good experience with Jiffy. However, there has been times that I was sent the wrong order. And there was times that my order was over a week late. There was other times where it was a few days late. But other than that. Good
I have used this website a lot. I have had a few messed up orders that had to be corrected. I did have an order sent to the wrong state which arrived very late. For the most part the site is great. It does have some lags and takes a bit to load. I will continue to use tho 😌 if they corrected the lags, it would be great.
I have been ordering from yall for 4 years straight now and there has been countless times that I am missing objects or things are just wrong. It just makes me sad because I have ordered from yall for so long!
Last order of white shirts had 4 stained white shirts I was able to get the stain out of 2 of them but the other 2 couldn't remove stains looked like black grease ended up putting a hole in one trying to remove the stain the other I just sat to side and had to find a local store to purchase new white shirts.
The order arrived next day and when the transfers were applied to the shirts, they looked great! We got lots of compliments on our shirts.
Ordering was simple and hassle-free, though I did need the product the day before it arrived. I've washed the shirt with the design several times in cold water and dried it on low, but unfortunately the design has started to peel.
My last order was not good at all. I specified what color I wanted and and even wrote what color I wanted but was given a different color instead. Very disappointed.
I do a lot of custom work for my company's shirts. It is so easy to upload a design to Jiffy for print and application is extremely easy as well. The items ship within a day or two and arrive within another day or two. Great service for custom items!
