I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas present. Shortly after ordering I realized I had put the address in incorrectly. When I tried to correct it, Jiffyshirts said they couldn't correct it. They resent the item to the same wrong address a second time. They finally reimbursed my money and I was able to reorder the sweatshirt.
The only complaint I ever have is I wish you had more colors in stock, but I understand you're so great. Your products are on high demand.
