I ordered and paid for black, silver, and green shirts from them that I needed for an event. Instead of them sending me even one of the shirts I ordered, I was sent a box on RED tee shirts. You can never get a live person on the phone, so I reported the issue immediately through their portal. I received an auto response that they'd contact me in 24 hours. Well 24 hours came and went a few times so I left another voicemail and sent another report through their online portal...to no avail. To date still have not gotten the shirts I ordered, still haven't gotten my money back, and still absolutely no response. Absolutely terrible experience with Jiffy Shirts on this order. I will find another supplier.
I have made two separate purchases from Jiffy and each one was perfect! I was able to find the perfect shirts, in a variety of sizes for a good price. The orders arrived ahead of the estimated shipping date, the items were all quality and exactly what I requested. The clothing sizes ran true to size. I couldn't ask for better!
