I placed the order. It was my fault that I didn't place the correct address within a minute of place in the order. I realize that contacted customer support via the chat. They said that they were going to change it. It did not get changed. So I proceeded to try to call whatever number was on Google. I didn't get a email saying I am at fault for it when in all reality I asked for the address to be changed and it was supposed to be changed that me being charged no refund no products.

I was able to upload pretty fast and complete, I found that the ease of use and how everything was laid out was very helpful and I was able to make my purchases faster.

Always enjoy jiffy shirts, their customer service is A1. Never a problem.

I purchased the DTF transfers, and they are great, the shipping is amazing, the ease on uploading is great! However, I have noticed that the transfer itself only lasts a couple of washes before it starts to crease and fold. This is great if your making a shirt for a couple of uses but long term I haven't seen one that didn't start creasing.

I purchase a variety of t-shirts and sweatshirts from Jiffy and have had amazing experiences! On the rare occasion when there's been a problem with my order, the customer service has been incredibly willing to help and to make things right.
