I love everything I have ordered great shipping great quality. But the shipping is becoming way too much. I went order another order and the transfers were 9.95 and then my tshirts were another 9.952 shipping charges on one order I couldn't do it it ate into my profit to much. I love your site but this will detour me away if not changed.

I truly enjoy the service I've received from Jiffy. I stumbled on Jiffy after doing business with another popular DTF company. I wasn't satisfied with the long wait times and additional unnecessary charges from the other company. After watching a YouTube video recommending them, I decided to try. As a very small business, it's important that I minimize costs without sacrificing quality. I've experienced thos with Jiffy. Great customer's service. Speedy shipping. Great quality. I placed the order. It was my fault that I didn't place the correct address within a minute of place in the order. I realize that contacted customer support via the chat. They said that they were going to change it. It did not get changed. So I proceeded to try to call whatever number was on Google. I didn't get a email saying I am at fault for it when in all reality I asked for the address to be changed and it was supposed to be changed that me being charged no refund no products.

I was able to upload pretty fast and complete, I found that the ease of use and how everything was laid out was very helpful and I was able to make my purchases faster.
