I've ordered many DFT transfers from Jiffy, and shipping is always fast. The quality of the transfers is great, and the one time I had issues, customer service was quick to fix the problem and ensure I was satisfied.

Our tax exempt issue was resolved and I would order from Jiffy again. Shirt was not great quality and we had to return. Process for that was very easy and the return policy is great. Will consider ordering different shirts for our project if they're available. 🙂
I have been trying to set up tax exempt for our school, but am having problems due to the requirement of a reseller certificate. We are NOT a reseller and our exemption is not based on that. The form and its questions don't apply to us. Hoping that we can still get this resolved before I place our actual order...

I love how easy it was to upload my image and change the sizes. I love the fast delivery! The whole experience was amazing and I will definitely be back again!

I tried the glitter DTF for the first time. The first image came with so much glitter on it I could barely see the image and it was very light in color. When I went to press it on according to instructions, it's stuck to the shirt. I figured it was all the glitter that was on it. I informed customer service and they sent me out another one. It wasn't coated with as much glitter, but it was still lighter in color as was the first one. After placing it on my garment, according to the instructions, the color was still lighter than the image I sent in. Customer service has been good at trying to rectify the situation with sending a replacement. She was trying to explain to me about CMYK colors and printers. I did ask for a refund on the image and s/h so I can try another image (with no response from them) otherwise I cannot recommend glitter DTF. (it would not let me upload the original image, but the colors are very vibrant.)

Dtf transfers have peeled off after washing once. Followed the care instructions for the shirts and still peeled off. Tried contacting customer service but I can't get a live person to help, nor can I can a refund on the transfers. Will not be shopping here again

You guys make it really easy to order from you. I would like to try some of the other DTF type products but you need to order them in multiples of 10 or 12 I believe. Otherwise it's always fast and easy to work with.

Customer service was very helpful. My package got lost and transit and they kept me updated and sent out a replacement. That came just in time.

It's refreshing to get great customer service nowadays like we used to get in the 90's. I notified customer service that I accidentally ordered the wrong transfer size and Vince canceled my transfer order but also gave me a discount code for free shipping on my next order! I was not expecting that and was very grateful-I just bought more material and used the code. I was wondering if I would get a refund on my transfer order that was canceled and Vince took care of that for me too. Thanks again Vince.

This is our first year using the heat transfers from Jiffy and we are VERY happy with how they turned out. I really appreciated the customer service chat option that helped me check the quality of my image before they were printed and they also showed me how Jiffy cleaned up my image to make it a better quality print.

Everything needed was in stock, more than reasonably priced and delivered like lightning. I'll be back!

I ordered 25 jackets for our Rocket Football League coaches. The jackets are of great quality and I love the red color. The jackets are actually much warmer and thicker than I had originally anticipated - great for these cooler mornings and evenings in Michigan.

Jiffy has great selection and great prices and great service and flexible return procedure/policy. Unmatched.

So much to choose from. Very quick delivery. Competitive prices - often the best with option for off brand. I have ordered product and once arrived realized it would not work and the return process has been seamless.
