No one will email or call me back. They say they will resolve issue within 24 hours. They do not! I started chatting and emailing on 4/1 and it is now 4/6. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

1st Time

This is my first time using DTF transfers. I have no other transfers to compare too, but I love the way the colors are bold and vibrant. The feel of the transfer once it was on my shirt doesn't give off too plastic. I love it will be ordering more.

I placed an order for transfers that your website stated would arrive by Tuesday 3/31/26. This deadline was not optional — it was tied to customer demand for a rocket launch event.

The order arrived late Wednesday 4/1/26 afternoon instead, which directly affected my ability to serve my customers and resulted in lost time, stress, and potential revenue. I even attempted to recover the situation by driving to Titusville through heavy traffic — something that would not have been necessary had the delivery been accurate.

I contacted your team via email twice and received no response. The lack of communication is just as concerning as the missed delivery.

For businesses that rely on timing and trust, this kind of service is extremely disappointing.

Canceled part of my order.

I placed an order for two images. There was an option to describe any edits you needed. I put my edits in the order form. I got an email saying they received my order. A few minutes later I received a notification from my bank saying I received a refund then I got an email saying part of my order was refunded with no explanation. There is no physical number to contact the company all you can do is send an email or put a ticket in through their AI. I sent and email and never got a response from Jiffy explaining why they canceled part of my order. I had to pay another company to complete my order. I will never use them for anything again.

I needed a last minute print for a shirt for a client. With jiffy fast service I was able to get the print THE SAME DAY! Of course it was extra. But so worth it! Quality prints all the time!

Pre-cut and change coloring

I paid for pre-cut but received my items rolled up with a rubber band. Not pre-cut. Asked to change color on the font, was not changed. Other than this, I like to order from Jiffy.com because I get the shipment fast. Order #*******205

Great value and fast turnaround

Taking into consideration the quality of the product, the cost, and the fast turnaround, I think it would be difficult to find a better sticker provider than Jiffy. This was my first order with them and I must say I am impressed. Will be returning for future orders. I just wish they had Etsy integration;-)

Hands down- a game changer

I've got to say, with service taking a hit everywhere you go, Jiffy simply stands above everyone. I'm so impressed with the heat transfers, not only the quality, the sheer timing and delivery on multiple orders was fantastic. They even delivered blanks within a day where all others said they it would take 4-5. Simply put, I will keep ordering from them. You can't go wrong in my opinion.

Need to make sublimation towels for a charity event. Attached the file for the design I needed with the size requirements and had my 50 transfers in about 25 hours. Great packaging, clean cuts and no wrinkles.

Lack if communication

All communications is AI. I have purchased from Jiffy many times. The last three times have been horrible, and there's no one to communicate with over the phone. I would be happy to change the review if they would communicate.

No follow up communication

I had a shirt order placed (rather large) and the color wasn't the color represented in Jiffy's pictures. Because it's the color my customer requested I moved ahead with the order. However the color wasn't just too far off. I reached out and was told I'd hear back and I've hear nothing back. It's been since Monday, it's now Friday.

Iron on Logo

Ordering with Jiffy was easy, from uploading files to choosing product, the process was smooth.
The product was shipped to us in a very timely manner. The Logos turned out exactly as we had requested. There was a learning curve on the manual labor of ironing on the transfers, but we were able to manage it just fine. We made t-shirts to promote our new business and they turned out great!

My first order of UV DTF Stickers was great. Order arrived super fast. My artwork is challenging for this kind of sticker, but they offer a complementary service that helps out. They were able to adjust the artwork so everything printed fine. I was really pleased with the outcome, so I placed a larger second order. This order showed up and was a total mess. It didn't print well. I never received a proof and clearly, no one adjusted the artwork as needed. In the end, they refunded my money as a store credit. I chose that as I thought this issue was just a one-off and I'd try again. I've now placed two subsequent orders with the same artwork, but they keep cancelling my orders saying it won't work. It's the same artwork from my first order! I can't seem to get anyone to assist me and see this through. I don't understand how they can work with a challenging piece of artwork one time, but then suddenly reject it vs providing assistance. It going on two days now and no response from my latest request for customer service. They have my money, but keep cancelling my orders and won't provide any assistance. Frustrating is an understatement. ABOUT THE PRODUCT: The product itself (when they can get it to print properly) is good. They print your entire order on one big sheet. You can pay extra to have them cut the stickers individually, but I say save your money and just cut them yourself. Peeling the backing off of the label is challenging, but with a little practice it gets easier. The adhesion is excellent. This sticker is not leaving your product. I place mine on metal candle tin lids. ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE: It's inconsistent and lacking followthrough. One thing that is consistent is their email push for a review. So, here's the review. Wish it could have a better one.
