Terrible

Hi there i ordered stencils for a family vacation and when I went to stick them on the t-shirts they wouldn't unstick off the paper and when they did they were pealing of the t-shirt. Terrible product out 150.00 and our theme was ruined. Extremely disappointing.

DTF - WOW better than I imagined.

I ordered several DTF stickers and iron on images. Every last one received came to me exactly like the image I submitted. I was going to purchase a DTF machine, but now I'm going to continue to order from Jiffy. Blessings 💕

I had two events that I needed transfers for. I was throwing somebody a surprise fortieth birthday and I needed labels big enough to fit two ounce candles.And I had a concert I was going to, and I wanted to heavy throwback, 90s feel. My sister recommended me this company and I was not disappointed.

I recently ordered 36 Gildan T-shirts from Jiffy.com/ca, and the entire experience was fantastic. The shirts arrived quickly, were exactly as described, and the quality was excellent—consistent sizing, vibrant colour, and perfect for printing.

The ordering process was smooth, the pricing was great, and the customer service updates kept me informed the whole way. I'll definitely be ordering from Jiffy again for future team and event gear. Highly recommend!

I can get what I want in the size and colors that I'm looking for. Jiffy has a large selection of colors and sizes. The shipping is very fast, order today and get it in two days, can't beat that.

I had issues with the way the first order was delivered. Not Jiffy's fault but they rectified the problem and replaced the transfers that were damaged during shipment. The following order was packaged much better and no issues arose during shipment. I will definitely stay a repeat customer

I ordered multiple prints on the same sheet. The pink color was very dull, and not neon on one of them. Another one did pull the white in all of the areas, so it looks like there are holes. Also the roll was slightly smashed which creased some of the prints. Our first order also included the order number and name which was not very visible and ended up printed on the sweatshirt.

The shirt orders have been great. I received some DTF sheets. Not terribly impressed with how they went on my shirts. Some did not stick at all, some did ok. It was a credit that Jiffy had given me so I was not out any money. But probably will not do it again.

I am writing to request a refund or a replacement for my recent order. I specifically ordered the Unisex Heavyweight Cotton tees (C1717) RS T-shirt to get a boxy, durable fit. I paid a premium of nearly $31 per shirt, but the items I received are unacceptable. The fabric feels cheap and thin—closer to a standard $5 budget tee than a heavyweight product.

Please contact me to arrange a return for a refund or a complementary re-order of a different, higher-quality cotton please.

I placed my first order with jiffy because I've seen the reviews. It was also the first time I was going to use uvdtf for a project, so I kept the order very light to test out. Everything went smoothly but when I received my order, it wasn't in the color that I had selected before checkout. I reached out immediately and it took a couple of days, but once I received the response to fix my order, it was as smooth as when I first ordered.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Will I use them again? YES!

Poor Customer Service

After using Jiffy for DTF transfers that were very good. I placed a sample order before I was going to place a larger order for my club. The sample Shirts had puckering within the transfer and agreed that they send a replacement. The replacement arrived with the same problem and I reported that problem back to an email that had asked if the replacement shipment was good. I had no response back and I ended up using the chat on the website to report the problem also and ask for a phone call. It said I would have a phone call within 48 hours that did not happen and I left another chat message and again no response with a phone call. I've lost confidence that my replacements would be better without understanding the reason as to the problem I'm very disappointed in this company as I had expected better.
